Through Cutting Holes to Fit Cross Legs
We were appraoched again to help with another routing project for Masson Joinery. This time the task was to fit two radiused legs into a pair of table tops for a cafe project that they were working on. All material was supplied to us with us measuring and setting up toolpaths for our CNC router to cut the holes. Job done and much appreciated positive feedback from the Boss, Peter Masson on a job they were very happy with ! Thank you Masson Joinery.

We were able to work from a brief of what the dimensions of the unit should be and using materials that were provided fro us by the client.

Dialing in a push fit with our CNC router.
As part of our own work for our own products we regularly have tasks that take a little time but once established means no problems down the line. This post is about how we can adjust routed rebates/recesses or to us pockets so that a component fits in just right, every time. With our experience we usually get the fit we need within a few alterations from a starting point that we get from measuring with digital callipers. As an example we might start at 50mm diameter and dial

Helping Masson Joinery On Their Project

The plans they provided were very clear which meant a streamlined toolpathing process and CNC set up which reduced the time we spent bringing down the over all cost for to them. We were really glad to help out a local company and hope that we can
